In Beirut, Syrian women from refugee camps are invited to participate in a production of «Antigone». The confrontation with this play about war, betrayal, family strife, justice and the dignity of the dead provokes intense and contradictory reactions among the Syrian women. The refugees’ accounts are partly illustrated with animated sequences to protect their identity.
